Reaching out for support takes courage, and Lori's goal is to make this process as comfortable and supportive as possible. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) who works with individuals and families coping with trauma, perinatal and postpartum depression or anxiety, parenting challenges, and children struggling with emotional or behavioral issues. Lori believes that healing happens in safe, trusting relationships—and therapy is one place where that healing can begin.
Her approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and attachment-based work. She meets each person where they are, honoring their experiences and helping them find practical ways to feel more grounded, connected, and empowered. Whether someone is a new parent finding their footing, an individual working through past pain, or a parent seeking support for their child, Lori works together with clients to create meaningful change and a greater sense of calm and confidence in their lives.
