By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from Capital Private Psychological Services, you accept these Terms of Service.

Text messaging is provided as a convenience and is not a substitute for clinical care, emergency services, or direct contact when urgent attention is needed.

Your consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving services.

Message frequency may vary depending on your appointments, scheduling activity, billing needs, communication preferences, and care-related needs.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless service plan. Capital Private Psychological Services is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
Opt-Out and Help Instructions
You may stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
You may request help by replying HELP, calling 614-656-7025, or emailing vm@cppstherapy.com
After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
If you opt out, we may still contact you by other permitted methods, such as phone, patient portal, or email, when appropriate.
Privacy
Your use of SMS and other electronic communications with Capital Private Psychological Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may collect your mobile number and the content of messages sent to or from you for communication, documentation, operational, legal, and healthcare-related purposes.
Communication Risks

No Emergency Use

If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911, call 988 if appropriate, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact a local crisis resource.
Service Availability
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and other third-party service providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Capital Private Psychological Services does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free electronic communications.
