Lesley Manuel is a compassionate mental health therapist with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential, bringing over 20 years of experience in the field. She works with children, adults, and families, providing support through a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and self-harm.

Her approach is client-centered and rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard and understood. Lesley is passionate about helping clients build effective coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. She believes meaningful change is possible and is committed to walking alongside each client in their journey toward healing and growth.
