Kristina Martinez, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in clinical mental health. She grew up as a military brat and eventually married an active-duty service member. She has experience partnering with members of the military, their dependents, and veterans. Kristina provides telehealth counseling to adolescents and adults.

 

She provides non-judgmental support in a stigma-free and safe environment to meet you where you are at. Kristina offers a client-centered and strengths-based approach when collaborating with clients. She uses evidence-based practices including solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavior therapy.
