Krista Nelson, MSW, LSW is a dedicated social worker and therapist who believes that life is beautiful and worth living—yet understands how challenging it can be to navigate at times. She is passionate about helping people move toward happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives by providing a supportive, judgment-free space for healing and growth.
Krista works with adolescents, adults, families, and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Drawing from evidence-based practice techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT, she tailors her approach to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
Krista earned her Master’s in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University and brings additional insight from her background in criminal justice. Krista is committed to walking alongside her clients with compassion, clarity, and unwavering support.
