Kelly is a proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where she earned her Master’s in Social Work. She is a licensed independent social worker dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space where individuals can explore their strengths and work through life’s challenges.
Over the years, Kelly has had the privilege of working with clients of all ages—from children to adults—using a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, DBT, RO-DBT, psychoanalytic/psychodynamic therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She has co-facilitated a Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatient Program for adults and has extensive experience working one-on-one with individual clients. Kelly also earned her Farm Stress Certification through Ohio State University.
Kelly believes that therapy is a collaborative journey and that every person brings their own inner strengths and wisdom to the process. She views her role as helping individuals uncover who they are and supporting them in nurturing their abilities so meaningful and lasting change can occur. Whether she is helping someone build coping skills, navigate life transitions, or find balance, Kelly strives to create an atmosphere of compassion, curiosity, and hope. Her goal is to help clients turn challenges into opportunities and move toward the life they want.
