Jacqueline’s therapeutic goals include partnering with you to identify the wounds that have shaped you thus far and to witness their impact, while also helping you find innovative whole health solutions to positively impact your well-being.
Jacqueline is well versed in empathetic, trauma-attuned therapy, as well as Lifestyle Medicine and the connection between lifestyle and physical and mental health and wellness. She has over three decades of work with children and families. Jacqueline enjoys working with people throughout their lives and has additional training in longevity and healthy living contributors. She is competent in person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, polyvagal therapy, positive psychology, and lifestyle medicine. Jacqueline values clients’ individual experiences. She recognizes the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences and collective and systemic trauma, as well as how they and social determinants of health impact individuals’ and communities’ experiences.
Jacqueline graduated from The Ohio State University with both a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Services and Research. Jacqueline worked with children, youth, and families in the public sector for over three decades. Jacqueline calls herself a lifelong learner, and she recently obtained a Master of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati in Health and Wellness Management. During her first semester, she was introduced to Lifestyle Medicine, where she was able to discover the power of lifestyle on health and well-being and incorporate its pillars into her therapy. She is an active member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Jacqueline is a licensed social worker and is board certified in Lifestyle Medicine. She has mental health experience in both the public and private sectors.
