Accepting New Clients

Client Ages: Adolescents (14-19) & Adults (20-64)
Formats: Individuals
Olivia is a social worker and compassionate therapist who believes that attending to and prioritizing our mental health is just as important as caring for our physical health. She understands that everyone will inevitably experience pain, disappointment, and hardship, and these struggles can take a toll on our mind, body, and emotions. Her goal as a therapist is to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe enough to be vulnerable and process these experiences and emotions. Olivia helps clients build the resilience to cope with what cannot be changed and the confidence to take on life’s challenges as they arise.
Olivia works with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, relational concerns, trauma, life transitions, and personality disorders. She draws from a range of evidence-based techniques, including client-centered, trauma-informed, and cognitive behavioral perspectives, always guided by the belief that each client is the expert of their own feelings and experiences.
Olivia earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky. She is passionate about walking alongside clients as they rediscover their strengths, heal, and create lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
Olivia Bennett receives supervision from Dr. Jordan Allison (OH license #P.7469) and Alana Trevino (OH license #I.2203461-SUPV). For more information about what supervision is and the purpose of it and your provider’s supervisors, please refer to our supervision page.
