Hannah is a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate a wide variety of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, relationship and intimacy challenges, family dynamics, etc. She guides clients through self-discovery and relational healing, offering a space that feels genuine, compassionate, and emotionally safe. By meeting clients where they are and fostering an environment for growth, Hannah helps them feel seen, supported, and empowered in their journey. As an affirming and inclusive clinician, Hannah welcomes clients of all identities and backgrounds, striving to create a safe, supportive environment for every individual who walks through her door.

Hannah earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from The Ohio State University, followed by her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capital University. Her background in both clinical research and therapy informs an integrative, mind–body approach to emotional and behavioral health.

Rooted in a humanistic and Rogerian foundation, Hannah integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based frameworks. Guided by neuroscience, she helps clients strengthen self-awareness, regulate emotions, and understand how the brain and body interact in times of stress and connection.

Passionate about advocacy and social justice, Hannah values therapy as a deeply personal and collaborative process. She believes no two people heal in the same way and strives to create an experience uniquely designed around each client’s story, strengths, and goals, addressing the mind and body as an integrated whole.

Hannah Lipowski receives supervision from Dr. Jordan Allison (OH license #P7469). For more information about what supervision is and the purpose of it and your provider’s supervisors, please refer to our supervision page.
