Adam is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio. He has a diverse background, having worked as an outpatient therapist, school-based therapist, and inpatient therapist in community, residential, and private practice settings.

With experience supporting clients of all ages—from adolescents to adults and seniors—Adam specializes in individual, family, and couples counseling. He is particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges related to anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and relationships.

 

Adam's therapeutic approach is primarily rooted in person-centered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and he has received additional training in trauma-focused CBT and CBT for anxiety. He is dedicated to creating an empathetic environment where clients feel heard and understood, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives and equipping them with the tools to overcome daily challenges.
